Making sure that customers get a top-notch experience, while prep and service remain smooth and swift, was the objective for this coffee shop upgrade. As a part of the Westin Grand Cayman Resort & Spa, this space needed to create a flow that would allow for personal interaction without sacrificing efficiency. Island Supply designed just such a space, with a concept that gives guests a face-to-face experience with the barista and coffee crew throughout the experience. Utilizing a state of the art “Modbar” modular coffee system from La Marzocco, a Carpigiani gelato case, along with rapid cook ovens and reach-in display cases, Island Supply brewed up the perfect blend of functionality and hospitality.
